FROM NET TO TABLE:
The process starts with the harvest of sockeye salmon, in Bristol Bay Alaska. Caught on our boats each fish is hand-picked, and put down a slide to avoid bruising. They are then bled and placed in refrigerated sea-water, before being transferred to a “Tender” (a large boat hired to transport the fresh fish to the Processing facility). They fillet, de-bone, vacuum seal, and flash-freeze the salmon. This process produces a premium sushi grade product! The sockeye then start it's journey to You!
